Description: Sauteed/stir-fried mushrooms~! I’m a huge mushroom fan. I loooove all mushrooms, especially those stringy mushrooms and shitaki mushrooms. <3 <3 I’m not exactly sure as to what kind of mushroom is used for this side dish, but the mushrooms’ juiciness is maintained even after you cook ‘em. :3 Some people add different vegetables with the mushroom, like cucumbers like the picture displays, but I like my mushrooms by themselves, seasoned with all the right stuff.
I THINK to make this dish, you need to add salt, pepper, a bit of sesame oil…yes yes. >:D Very simple dish, not too hard to make it. GREAT with a bowl of rice and maybe fish. <3
